Experiential Learning Is Better
In experiential education, field experiences are usually included within professional programs as a way of building the learner’s skills. And facilitate the transition from theoretical knowledge to practical. There are several forms of experiential learning available, and the most common of these are internship and cooperative education.
Internship courses offer a learner opportunity to work in an organization where he is exposed to real-world problems. From this real environmental experience, the learner finds meaning in their thoughts as well as concepts already learned in class.
Cooperative education, on the other hand, involves a structured method of combining both class-based learning and practical experience.

Example- One Word
This is a fast simulation game that helps to reinforce flexible problem-solving skills. The exercise involves a word puzzle in the form of anagrams. The instructor begins with the word ‘new’ and then followed by another four letter word. Traditionally a lecture is an efficient way of transferring course content from a lecturer to the students. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean an actual learning has been fostered. Research shows that during a regular lecture, a student’s attention diminishes within the first few minutes of the lecture.
In fact, it is thought that a student can capture in their notes a small percentage of a lecturer’s verbally conveyed content. In spite of this revelation, most universities across the world continue to use this method of learning. To mitigate this, experience learning is an alternative method that is far much superior to typical lectures.

Experiential learning is the process of learning through which a student develops knowledge and skills through direct experiences. Several forms of experiential learning can be acquired both within and beyond the classroom. Some of the types of experience learning include the following:
The internship is a way of experience learning involving a real-world experience in an off-campus setting away from a classroom. A student is attached to an institution such as a company, business or a non-profit agency. It is often supervised by an employer who is not a faculty member and assessed by the student’s lecturer.
The students get the opportunity to work with practicing professionals and hence acquiring practical experiences. This also helps to support the integration of practical experience and theory gained in class. The internship may be offered for credit or on a non-credit basis.
